Kd. Looks at the Sherwin Williams 2012 Color Forecast

Posted on September 2, 2011 by jlamberski

With fall in our near future, it is time to start thinking about the upcoming design trends for 2012. Sherwin-Williams has just released their latest color forecast predicting the hues that will have the most impact in the design world this upcoming year.

The four color palettes that the Sherwin-Williams experts contrived were inspired by color-washing, ombré dyeing and sustainable landscapes. We can thank mother nature for the organic netural, red, blue and green color families of the Sherwin-Williams colormix™.

Pairing colors will be just as natural as the hues themselves as Sherwin director of color marketing is saying that 2012 designs will combine colors that are analogous or adjacent on the wheel. Contact Kitchen Distributors for an expert designer that can help you create your custom kitchen with the latest earth-inspired color trends.
