storage, and fully integrated refrigeration and freezer columns—preserving the kitchen’s uninterrupted visual flow.
A concealed dumbwaiter, seamlessly integrated behind bulthaup panels, provides discreet access from the garage, allowing groceries to be easily transported to the main level. Natural oak veneer cabinetry, meticulously grain-matched, climbs to the ceiling, offering additional storage while maintaining visual warmth and architectural clarity.
Dual islands in sand beige anodized aluminum ground the space with quiet sophistication. Topped with Taj Mahal quartzite and a custom oak veneer bar, they invite guests to gather, dine, and linger. Every element—material, proportion, and placement—has been curated to create an intuitive and elevated experience.
Just steps away, the dining room features a complementary wet bar finished in flint laminate with integrated shelving and a dramatic backlit stone backsplash. This sculptural moment doubles as both functional amenity and art piece, enhancing the home’s modern mountain sensibility.
